We went to Dublin and surrounding countryside for Labor Day weekend. Let me tell you, the rumors are true, Ireland grass is neon.
It was beautiful. We really enjoyed the Jameson whiskey tour and the Guinness brewery tour (yum!), but we particularly enjoyed the countryside. We visited the Boyne valley and also the peninsula of Howth. Stunning views and green, green, green.

Nürburgring Car Racing in Germany
We went racing again this weekend and took our Porsche to try it out. We bought eight laps and only used two so we'll be going back! Albert got a little competitive and tough on our car; it burned almost two quarts of oil on those two laps. But check this out, we saw the twins from the movie Cars. I'm not kidding. There were two green GT3 Porsches that parked next to each other and followed each other around the track. Now I just need to find all the other cars from the movie and I can make a big poster to sell that has real cars instead of cartoon cars.
The twins!
That's Albert and our Porsche. The picture is blurry because my zoom lens doesn't have image stabilization, need a new one.
Isn't this color just dreamy? They have a color like this for Lamborghini's. When I get my Diablo it'll be orange, hee hee.

Word of the Week
Thanks for all the help last week. I'm definitely much less fried this week and have a lot of fun stuff for the blog. First off our weekly game. These four photos have one thing in common, guess what it is in the comments. You can click on the images to see the products or click on the shop names to visit the shops. Thanks for playing! I'll post the answer tomorrow.
If you have an etsy shop and would like to have a give-away for one of your items, let me know! I will feature you in another Word of the Week and display an ad for you on the side of my blog for two weeks.

100 Photos
My florist friend was rather frustrated to find out that this bouquet of tulips only cost one euro (about a dollar fifty). It's so hard to live in Europe with cheap flowers and good bread. Can't wait to move back to the states where I have to pay at least five dollars for a bouquet. Hee hee.
I have just passed 100 followers, and this is photo 99. With photo 100 I'm opening up a give-away contest to celebrate both the ending of the project and 100 followers. I'm really excited about both of these. I'm also starting another project that I will introduce with the contest. So keep your eyes open for the chance to win something!

Geneva Car Show
Geneva is five hours away from where we live. It's not a particularly pretty drive, except for the fact that I got to see mountains for the first time since leaving Colorado. Mountains on both sides of the highway was a bit disconcerting because I'm used to the mountains being to the west, not all around me. It was strange to watch the road signs and billboards change from German to French as we neared the French border. And that was within the one country of Switzerland. We actually ended up in French Geneva at one point so now I can say I drove through three countries in one day. Onto the photos. I'm posting the 'green' cars today in honor of St. Patty's. I'll post the others tomorrow.
First is the Ferarri. Then the Lamborghini Superleggea, the first Lamborghini I've liked since the Diablo. Then some awesome alien-like car. I wanted to touch it. And how the entire sides come up as doors, how cool is that?
